House of Twelve Monthly

For about a year, Team 12 has been devising a brutal plan to invade our readers' personal lives in new insidious ways. That's why we are proud to announce our new digital anthology series House of Twelve Monthly, available exclusively through Comixology's mobile app, Comics, for your iPhone and iPod Touch.

It is our solemn goal to take that beleaguering, embarrassing, and let's face it, tiring trip to your local comics shop or comic-con completely out of your life once and for all.

Why continue to be a tumor in your mother's life when you could be a jet setting go-getter — impressing members of the opposite sex with your fashionable mobile device on the bus (while secretly reading the latest R-rated weirdness from Bald Eagles)?

Dollars to donuts says you already have the damned iPhone, so you're already half way there! Click these links and get your hands on Comixology's free app Comics, then look up House of Twelve in its Creator Owned section. A couple of bucks later and you're riding the lightening with the new digital underground (sadly, no Humpty).

We're talking about having the best of both worlds. We're talking about having all the cool cyborg implants like Locutus while still getting to be Jean Luc Picard. This is what we are offering to you, and we are offering it to you NOW!

It's like magic in your fucking pants!

We've put together a stellar cast of the indie/alt/whatever comics community and unleashed them onto the internet, and more importantly, directly into your pocket. Each issue of House of Twelve Monthly features four artists pulled from our rotating pool of amazing contributors. The first issue includes such notable bastards as:

Miss Lasko-Gross, whose autobiographical graphic novels have been knocking folks dead for the last few years. In Ho12 Monthly she ventures into new waters with a tale about two teenage girls caught up in a mysterious alien ritual. Intriguing!

Sam Henderson is quite simply the foremost humorist of his generation. Sam has spent years perfecting his craft in his Magic Whitle series and now brings his awesome comedic powers to Ho12. Not to be missed!

Darryl Ayo spins a story about the social anxieties of everyday superpowers gone amok. Awkward!

K. Thor Jensen warns (threatens?) us all with a look at an apocalyptic, post-internet age that will chill you to the bone (specifically, your humorus).

Future issues feature the likes of Fred Noland, David Paleo, Victor 'Bald Eagles' Cayro, Jenny Gonzalez-Blitz, Dave McKenna, Kate Lacour and Cheese Hasselberger, not to mention a few surprise guests along the way.

The first issue of House of Twelve Monthly is available now through Comixology's free app, Comics, for the iPhone/iPodTouch/iPad and soon for their new web based comics reader - now in beta.
